What you need:
- 1 14oz (400g) can chickpeas, drained
- 3/4 cup (170g) pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup (80g) almond butter
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup’
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice mix
Pumpkin Spice Mix:
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
