What you need:
  • 1 14oz (400g) can chickpeas, drained
  • 3/4 cup (170g) pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup (80g) almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup’
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice mix

Pumpkin Spice Mix:

  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
