Nutter Butter Swirl Into Sublime

Nut-butters are some of the easiest household pantry items to infuse with cannabis and one of the most delicious! Nut butter is perfect for snacking with celery, apples, carrots, pretzels, and more! This recipe calls for peanut butter but can easily be replaced with any nut butter of your choice. 

Hemp or full-spectrum nut butter is an amazing cannabinoid delivery food due to the healthy fat content and high fiber for better absorption and bioavailability within the body.
Implementing 1-2 tablespoons of cannabis-infused nut butter to your daily routine provides a variety of cannabinoids, protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats for healthy bodily function while also supporting the activation within the endocannabinoid system. 

This recipe provides a quick rich and delicious single-serving peanut butter chocolate brownie under 10 minutes! *You may use any infused nut-butter for this recipe. 

Ingredients:1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil Melted 

2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup 

¼ Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder 

3 Tablespoons Gluten-Free Flour (or flour of choice)

1 Teaspoon Vegan Mini Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life – brand) 

1-2 Tablespoons Infused Peanut Butter 

Dash of salt 

 

Directions: 

  1. In a small bowl combine coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla 
  2. Add Cocoa powder, flour, and salt until combined 
  3. Stir in chocolate chips 
  4. Line ramekin with parchment paper strips to remove brownie when done cooking or spray muffin pan 
  5. Pour batter into ramekin or muffin pan 
  6. Dollop infused peanut butter into center or brownie, slightly swirl through the top 
  7. Bake at 350* for 9 minutes 
  8. Let cool completely before enjoying
